Champion’s products are made from nice Led. We go through 3 strict screening processes from raw material to final finished products. This ensure that the products delivered to you are always in good conditions.
Champion’s products have been manufactured under rigid quality specifications and control. They are warranted by Ningbo JXC Import& Export LTD (the “Company”) to, under normal use and conditions, be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year that you, the original purchaser, own them.
Should a device be proven defective, please return it, prepaid along with proof of purchase (e. g. dated bill of sale, Product Series No) to your
distributor, Your Distributor will replace new one for you, we will send new item to them
The Company’s only obligations are limited to replacement of the product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration, or improper installation.

Submit your inquiry by telling us what you need. engineer or customer support will email you in few hours, assistant you to choose the right product you need.
Our sales will send you product quotes in less than 2 working days. Then you can order product samples to confirm quality. You can do sample customization as well.
Confirm with you for all product details before bulk order. order follower coordinate with factories, follow up production, ensure products correctly.
After the factory has finished producing the goods, We contact your forwarder and send out to warehouse, inspect quality, and arrange courier/sea/air shipping to any address of your country.
All the money paid to Champion for the purchase of their products is secure. Below is an outline of costs you will incur:
Pay a small fee for consultation of any designs you want for your led floodlight at reasonable price.
This is the amount of money that you will pay for the transportation of your products from the factory to your doorstep. Champion offers you the convenience of any kind.
It is any other fees relating to taxes, service fees, penalties, and late fees. They are usually low-cost amounts.
Pay a minimal amount in case you need a led work light sample. Well, this money is for a single sample, if it is one that you need. With several samples, you’ll pay a bit more.
You can decide to either pay the full amount or pay 30% of the full payment for the bulk order.
Complete your payment within a certain period and receive the products you ordered for.

We injection the mold according to the customer's order model and spray the surface of the housing with rubber paint to prevent the housing from scratch.
Production of corresponding circuit boards according to customer models
After QC confirming that the circuit board and housing are accurate, the staff will assemble them together
After the workers have assembled the shell and circuit board, all the finished products will be put into the working table for aging test.
QC conducts random sampling to test all the functions of the product again to ensure that the product is in good working condition
The staff will put finished products, accessories, manuals, etc. into blisters or colorful boxes according to the order requirements
We adopt strict quality control process to ensure that products can reach customers in good condition.
Premium products begin with premium raw material. Our Incoming inspector evaluates every shipment of raw material from suppliers destined for Champion orders.
Raw material all accredited and approved - we are now ready for processing. Instead of performing one final inspection - our Process Quality Control Inspector follow the entire processing line – from start to finish – for the duration of production.
Each our inverter test two times. production test once, QC test once, this can ensure each product can work in good condition before send out.
Finished product inspection is the nucleus of the QC process. Our OQC inspect product against a variety of certification standards - including: Power/Voltage/Frequency/socket...
The inspector will issue a finished product inspection report. Hongfeng offers all customers access to inspection reports delivering full – transparent traceability for all our products.
When the inspection is complete and approved – Supervisors make a randomly recheck products and oversee the loading of shipments onto containers.

1. Design and manufacturing time
We design the led floodlight as per buyer’s request. and our staff make the mass production accordingly.
2. Packing the product into cartons
The staff packs the products in cartons. They take a short time because it is an easy task.
3. Loading and custom clearance time
The staff load the cartons onto trucks, and drivers transport them to container storage yard. then wait for custom clearance.
4. Sea and land transportation time
Once cleared, your auto accessory will then be shipped to you through international waters. You can receive the updated information from your fowarder and us.

Usually, Our led floodlight MOQ is 1000 pcs. but if your purchase quantity can not reach this number, we can handle use another way. just contact us to get the solution.

After we confirm the order, we sign the formal contract with buyer. buyer pay us the deposite to purchase raw material, then we start the production, after finished, buyer pay us the balance payment. we contact forwarder to send out the products to buyer. each step we will keep the buyer informed, it is effecitive and security.
