Champion’s products are made from good quality raw material. Before ship out all the finished products go through 3 strict screening processes. This ensure that the products delivered to you are always in good conditions.
Champion’s products have been manufactured under rigid quality specifications and control. They are warranted by Ningbo JXC Import& Export LTD (the “Company”) to, under normal use and conditions, be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year that you, the original purchaser, own them.
Should a device be proven defective, please return it, prepaid along with proof of purchase (e. g. dated bill of sale, Product Series No) to your
distributor, Your Distributor will replace new one for you, we will send new item to them

Our sales will send you product quotes in less than 2 working days. Then you can order product samples to confirm quality. You can do sample customization as well.

After the factory has finished producing the goods, We contact your forwarder and send out to warehouse, inspect quality, and arrange courier/sea/air shipping to any address of your country.

After we close the deal, according to the contract, we choose the right mould to make the injection.
Purchase printed circuit board and components, then our worker plug in the components on the pcb and use wave-welding to weld totether.
After QC team confirming that the circuit board and housing are in good condition, then the worker will use electric screw driver assemble them together.
All the finished products will be install battery to power the work light. and put into the working table for aging test.
QC conducts random sampling to test all the functions of the product again to ensure that the product is in good working condition
The staff will put finished products, accessories, manuals, etc. into blisters or colorful boxes according to the order requirements, then ship out by container.
We adopt strict quality control process to ensure that products can reach customers in good condition.
Premium products begin with premium raw material. Our Incoming inspector evaluates every shipment of raw material from suppliers destined for Champion orders.
Raw material all accredited and approved - we are now ready for processing. Instead of performing one final inspection - our Process Quality Control Inspector follow the entire processing line – from start to finish – for the duration of production.

Finished product inspection is the nucleus of the QC process. Our OQC inspect product against a variety of certification standards - including: Power/Voltage/Frequency/socket...
The inspector will issue a finished product inspection report. Hongfeng offers all customers access to inspection reports delivering full – transparent traceability for all our products.
When the inspection is complete and approved – Supervisors make a randomly recheck products and oversee the loading of shipments onto containers.

1. Design and Manufacturing
We collect material to meet your order need. Afterward, our team will manufacture your order using state-of-the-art equipment to guarantee quality.
2. Packing the boxes for Delivery
After production, our team will inspect your goods to confirm in good condition, then pack your order into cartons.
3. Loading and Customs Clearance
After your order is packed, we load them into contianers and then drivers send them to continaer stock yard.
4. International Delivery
Once cleared, your auto accessory will then be shipped to you through international waters. You can contact your fowarder to get the updated logistics information.

It takes up to 20-25 days to deliver your order with no order customization but may take up to 30 days with customization. This is because we ensure that every customized light you order is uniform and detailed.
